Position Overview:

As a Project Manager at IREV, you will be responsible for managing the full life cycle of our technology projects, ensuring their timely and successful completion. You will be working closely with our clients and internal teams, utilizing your excellent communication skills to effectively relay project expectations and requirements. Your experience in media buying and advertising will be a valuable asset, contributing to the overall success of our projects and the satisfaction of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage multiple technology projects from conception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
Collaborate with clients and internal teams to define project scope, objectives, and requirements.
Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
Coordinate and communicate effectively with clients, team members, and stakeholders to ensure a smooth project execution.
Identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies, proactively addressing any potential roadblocks.
Monitor project progress, adjusting timelines and resources as needed to ensure successful completion.
Provide regular project updates to clients and stakeholders, fostering positive relationships and promoting a transparent working environment.
Utilize your media buying and advertising experience to contribute to the overall success of our projects and client satisfaction.
Continuously improve project management processes, tools, and techniques.

Qualifications:

English level - Fluent is a must.
3-5 years of experience in project management, specifically within the technology sector.
Proven experience in media buying and/or advertising is a significant plus.
Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices (PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certification is a plus).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to manage relationships with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.
Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Trello, Asana).
Knowledge of the digital marketing landscape, including trends, platforms, and tools.
Demonstrated ability to work in a dynamic environment with a flexible and adaptable approach to working hours.
RUSSIAN speaking is a significant plus!
