Position: Expert Business Intelligence (BI) and Excel Analyst
Location: Limassol

Our group of companies is seeking a highly skilled and analytical BI and Excel analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of business intelligence and data analysis, as well as advanced proficiency in Excel, specifically the ability to structure complex formulas.

**Responsibilities:

**Gather, analyze, and interpret large data sets from various sources
Develop and maintain BI reports and dashboards to support decision-making across different departments and companies
Use Excel to create complex financial and data models with advanced formulas and functions
Identify trends and patterns in data to support business strategies
Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to support company-wide decision-making

**Qualifications:

**3+ years of experience in business intelligence and data analysis
**English level: Intermediate+
**Advanced proficiency in Excel, including the ability to structure complex formulas and functions such as pivot tables, VLOOKUP, SUMIF/COUNTIF/AVERAGEIF, IF, INDEX/MATCH, and macros
Strong understanding of SQL and databases
Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
Experience in a multi-company or multi-divisional organization is a plus
