**We are looking for a Marketing analyst.

You will be responsible for:**

• Support marketing analytics tools (GA4/Appsflyer/GTM).
• Development and automation of analytical reports (DataStudio/MS Power BI).
• Write SQL queries for analysis and reporting purposes.
• Design experiments and check hypotheses based on the data. 
• Analytical support PPC team in matters of scaling/changing the quality of traffic.
• Actively participate in the development of the company’s analytical infrastructure.

We are looking for:

• Degree in Mathematics or any other relevant educational background.
• Experience with cloud databases, preferably BigQuery.
• Proficient understanding of marketing analytics tools: GTM (setting up events, tags, goals, etc.), GA4, AppsFlyer
• 3+ years of experience in a similar position.
• Independent, proactive, and fast learner.
• Experience with Power BI.
• Excellent command of the English language. Knowledge of Russian is considered an advantage.

Position: Production Support Engineer

📌We are looking for Production Support Engineer. 

📌You will:
**
• Resolve production issues and incidents to a variety of our products by managing tickets from start to finish, and escalating to other teams if necessary.
• Investigate, and diagnose production issues, and pinpoint the affected systems by analysing logs and error messages.
• Liaise with 3rd party service providers and internal teams to resolve the issue.
• Identify a root cause, escalate tickets to other teams, and provide recommendations for monitoring, logging, and debugging tools enhancement where necessary.

📌We are looking for:

• 2-3 years of experience in level 1 or 2 support.
• Good technical experience with Windows or Linux/Unix OS.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong analytical, prioritization, and time management skills.
• Willingness to work occasional night shifts.
• It is an advantage if you have:
1) Experience with FIX protocol.
2) Experience in Jira/Confluence administration and configuration
3) Experience with SQL, Python, REST or other APIs.
4) Networking knowledge.
