Responsibilities:
- Develop long-term product strategy and manage product roadmaps;
- Drive the product delivery strategy for a company, analyze and measure product usage and advise on product gaps and enhancements;
- Lead product initiatives and manage the associated risks and controls to ensure cross-team alignment;
- Use a data driven approach to provide recommendations for product and pricing simplification and support content and delivery for marketing, communications, procedures, and training;
- Collaborate with partners to identify opportunities to increase sales, improve client experience, increase retention and client satisfaction, and deepen relationships through product go-to-market and commercialization strategies and formalize feedback loop on products and competitive landscape with field teams;

Requirements:
- 3 years of related experience as a product manager or product owner in online banking/IT;
- Experienced in market research to create product roadmap, make product decisions and iterate rapidly;
- Leadership experiences focused on designing, building and delivering products to market;
- Proven project and product management experience working autonomously in a fast-paced environment, owning multiple work streams end-to-end - Passion for developing and engaging digital experiences, working with high performing teams;
- Ability to influence teams and define the right frameworks for prioritization, execution, and ability to quickly gain an understanding of Business priorities and the overlap with Digital's short term and long-term strategies;
- Experience with Data Visualization instruments (i.e. Tableau,etc.);
- English C1-C2 (Advanced/Fluent).
