▶️ We are looking for a motivated and talented Global Academic Director for our international education project.

Mission: Prepare and orginise the successful academic part of the international project. Responsibilities include the development of existing and new programs, provision of educational leadership, management of quality assurance and professional development, staffing, team building, and human resources management within the academic department, monitoring of compliance requirements, and working to ensure that students receive the best outcomes.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement curriculum international educational programs;
- Reviewing academic programs to ensure that they meet international standards and organize processes and oversee the development of academic materials;
- Hiring, training, and supporting teachers in the effective implementation of the curriculum;
- Develop and implement assessment tools to measure student progress and provide feedback to teachers and parents
Establish partnerships with schools, educators, and other stakeholders to promote the company’s educational resources and programs;
- Stay up-to-date on trends and innovations in education and instructional design;
- Work closely with the Chief Academic Officer and Project Launch team;
- The day-to-day management and administration of the academic team and operation task.

Requirements:
- A graduate degree in education or a related field preferred;
- 5+ years of experience in education, with a focus on curriculum design and instructional technology;
- Strong leadership, project lough and communication skills;
- Passion for improving education and promoting innovative teaching and learning practices;
- English and Ukrainian fluent.

Will be a plus: Work in international companies and knowledge of Canadian, American, or British education.
