As an IT Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing projects from conception to completion, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of stakeholders.

👩‍💻Your duties will include:
Planning and breaking down projects into smaller, manageable tasks.
Gathering, analyzing, and documenting project requirements in the format of Use Cases, User Scenarios, and other appropriate formats.
Setting tasks and priorities for the development team and other departments.
Implementing changes and ensuring that they are communicated effectively to all relevant parties.
Tracking progress against plans and allocating resources as necessary.
Creating and updating product documentation to ensure that it is accurate and up-to-date.


📌Job Requirements:
We are looking for an IT Project Manager with the following hard skills:
Proven experience in IT project management.
Basic knowledge of web and mobile design.
Experience in managing a team of 10 or more people.
Proficiency with task tracking tools like JIRA or similar software.
A portfolio of project manager artifacts (such as plans, tasks in Jira, refinements, etc.) that demonstrates your experience and expertise.
Experience in collecting, analyzing, and documenting requirements for IT projects in the format of Use Cases, User Scenarios, and other appropriate formats.
Ability to decompose, evaluate, plan, and prioritize tasks.
Familiarity with Scrum methodology.
Basic experience with analytics systems such as GA, Amplitude, etc.


In addition to the above hard skills, we are looking for someone with the following soft skills:
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in problem solving.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate your position and defend your ideas.
Critical thinking skills that allow you to anticipate and solve problems.
Proficiency in English at a B2+ level.
