Vacancy: Senior Marketing Designer

Location: Limassol/remote

LiveXP, a language learning platform, is seeking a Senior Marketing Designer to join our team. The successful candidate will work closely with the Head of Marketing and Performance Marketing team to create engaging visual designs for a variety of marketing assets including landing pages, banners, marketing emails, and other related materials.

Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative ideas and designs for marketing campaigns and promotions;
Design visually compelling marketing materials, including landing pages, banners, marketing emails, social media ads, and other marketing assets;
Use a data-driven approach to designing marketing materials that are optimized for performance and conversion.
Monitor metrics and iterate designs based on conversion rates, click-through rates, and other key performance indicators;
Create animations and other interactive design elements to enhance user engagement and conversion rates;
Ensure brand consistency and adherence to brand guidelines across all marketing materials.

Requirements:
4+ years of experience in marketing design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating experience in designing marketing materials across a variety of channels;
Proficient in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or equivalent tools.
Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory;
Knowledge of conversion rate optimization principles and experience in designing for performance;
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and engineering teams;
Excellent communication skills and the ability to present ideas and designs effectively;
Experience creating animations and other interactive design elements to enhance user engagement and conversion rates;
Excellent understanding of what kind of creativity and design is need;
A passion for creating visually stunning designs that drive conversion.
