uQualify is a forward looking, rapidly growing company operating in the FinTech space.

**Role and Duration:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager** to oversee the collaboration between our Business Development and Marketing teams. The Project Manager will be responsible for ensuring effective communication, coordination, and collaboration between the teams to achieve the company's business goals.

**Responsibilities:

**🔸 Collaborate with the Business Development and Marketing teams to execute strategic plans for achieving the company's business goals.
🔸Manage the day-to-day operations of the teams to ensure effective coordination, communication, and collaboration.
🔸Oversee the development and implementation of marketing campaigns, including digital and traditional marketing initiatives, to drive customer engagement and sales growth.
🔸Work closely with the sales team to oversee the facilitation of the sales strategy and process.
🔸Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of tasks, milestones, and deadlines.
🔸Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
🔸Track and report project metrics, including budget and ROI.
🔸Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that promotes teamwork, innovation, and continuous improvement.
🔸Provide leadership, guidance, and support to the Business Development and Marketing teams, including coaching, mentoring, and performance management.

**Key competences skills and experience:

**🔸Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field. MBA is a plus.
🔸PMP or PMI certification is also a plus.
🔸Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, business development, and marketing, with a track record of delivering successful projects and achieving business goals.
🔸Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and team members.
🔸Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and tactically to drive business growth.
🔸Experience in developing and implementing marketing campaigns, including digital and traditional marketing initiatives.
🔸Familiarity with project management software tools, such as Trello and Jira.
🔸Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
🔸Experience in the fintech industry is a plus.
🔸Fluency in English. Knowledge of other languages will be an advantage
