Salary: 2,200-3,200 EUR (gross) + commission
We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced professional in the Business Development team.
**Responsibilities:
***Search for Affiliate/Traffic networks (Marketing agencies) and negotiate with them to cooperate with affiliate program in accordance with company’s conditions;
*Coordinate with the creative team to prepare the conversion promo materials for Affiliates for specific GEO (landing pages, teasers, banners);
*Represent company on international events (exhibitions, meetups, seminars, etc.);
*Taking ownership of the assigned target market segment/territory;
*Maintain and monitor affiliate programs and activities;
*Competitive analysis / tuning, strengths, and weaknesses;
*Analysis of ways to improve the product / market research;
*Document and share best practices and collaborate with the marketing, affiliate, and customer relationship teams;
*SMM: Managing SMM team, arranging KPIs, performance control;
*Sales: Review sales reports to determine which campaigns are producing results and which ones need to be improved or discontinued;
*Arrange media buying processes and its further control;
*Oversee marketing initiatives, ensuring they are aligned with the overall growth strategy and effectively reaching target audiences;
*Implement and analyse performance metrics to evaluate affiliate and marketing activities (Growth in organic and direct traffic, CPL, CPA, ROAS);
*Identify and assess new business opportunities, developing plans to enter new markets for new products/services with attention to competitor analysis;
*Conduct regular analysis of data and market trends to inform decision making and strategic planning;
*Develop proposals for customer loyalty programs;
*Full ownership of client bonuses and promotions;
**Requirements:
***Last 3+ years of experience in FinTech companies (Crypto, Forex, Gaming, Betting, Banking/PSPs);
*At least 1-year experience as Affiliate Manager (Crypto, Forex, Gaming, Betting, Banking/PSPs);
*Knowledge of English language (C1 +);
*Understanding things like CPA/CPL/CPC/ revshare models, CR and ROI;
*Attending conferences all over the world at the company's expense;
*A resourceful, energetic analytical person and creative thinker;
*A positive attitude with resilient and persevere to succeed;
*Strong written and verbal communication skills;
*Team player with strong individual and team contributor.
