Leadsgate is looking for an email marketing manager to join our team in Limassol.

🔎 Work format: full time, office in Limassol.
**
🔸Duties and responsibilities:**
• Develop and implement email marketing strategies to drive traffic and increase engagement with our target audience
• Coordinate with content and marketing teams in development of unique email newsletters that are being read
• Analyze and report on email campaign performance and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
• Enforce email best practices and develop innovative email marketing approaches that meet business objectives
• Constantly meet high and quality deliverability standard
• Analyse campaigns results, suggest and implement improvements to achieve campaigns objectives
• Develop standard procedures to execute email campaigns
• Ensure email campaigns comply with all relevant laws
**
🔸Requirements:**
• Proven experience creating of effective unique email campaigns
• Experience with working with big amount of data and metrics
• Familiarity with automation and performance evaluation software
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with HTML and CSS, with the ability to code basic email templates
• Fluent English
