We are looking for a VIP account manager who will be developing a new rapidly growing iGaming brand.

**❇️ What you will do:
**-Build trust and strong relationships with VIP customers;
-Handle customers’ day to day queries, including out of hours when necessary, to provide the best possible service;
-Monitor VIP customer behaviors, interests, and ensure that customer expectations are met;
-Maintain regular contact with customers through a variety of channels (phone email, messengers);
-Engage with VIP customers and at times other players including the chat room on-site, email.

✅ **You are ideal fit for us if you have:
**-Experience as a VIP account manager in iGaming industry – 1+ year;
-Friendly and positive communicator;
-Advanced English language, both written and spoken.
