We are looking for a Customer Care Specialist who will be developing a new rapidly growing iGaming brand.

**▶️Responsibilities:
**• Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way (chats/e-mails);
• Assist in solving customer problems and current issues;
• Knowledge of the admin area, the ability to use all the provided tools (training);
• Make daily reports
**➡️Requirements:
**• Fluency in English (B2+);
• Experience in iGaming;
• Experienced PC user;
• Stress tolerance;
• Self-organization;
• Responsibility;
• Willingness to learn and grow;
• Soft-skills to be able to deal with challenges professionally;
• A positive attitude;
• Team player with customer oriented mindset.
