Mercuryo is an international company that creates a new generation of financial services for the business sector. Currently we are looking for a Support Manager.
Location: Cyprus
Responsibilities:— Providing exceptional customer support via live chat, email and social media;
— Showing ownership and accountability for offering solutions that help and benefit our customers;
— Maintaining high service standards and continually improving the service to our customers;
— Responding to customer complaints and escalating issues as necessary;
— Have a great passion to improve our service;
— Describe and assign tasks for the technical team via Jira;
— Work well within a very talented and dynamic team.
Requirements:— Strong spoken and written English
— Enjoys solving problems
— Has an aspire to grow within Mercuryo
— Previous FinTech startup is preferable
— Experience using Jira, Intercom Night shift patterns.
