**Responsibilities:

**— Full household support of the office (ordering stationery, purchasing products, creating order and a cozy atmosphere in the office);
— Work with suppliers: office supplies, products, office equipment, furniture, etc.
— Office work, document management;
— Interaction with the management company of the business center;
— Archive management, sending and receiving correspondence, working with the courier service;
— Assistance in organizing internal and external events.

**Requirements:

**— Work experience as anoffice manager for at least a year;
— Confident PC ownership;
— Knowledge of office programs;
— Work experience with office equipment;
— Competent written and oral speech, business correspondence skills.
