**Expert Business Intelligence (BI) and Excel Analyst Wanted for Group of Companies

**Our group of companies is seeking a highly skilled and analytical BI and Excel analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of business intelligence and data analysis, as well as advanced proficiency in Excel, specifically the ability to structure complex formulas.

**Responsibilities:

**Gather, analyze, and interpret large data sets from various sources;
Develop and maintain BI reports and dashboards to support decision-making across different departments and companies;
Use Excel to create complex financial and data models with advanced formulas and functions;
Identify trends and patterns in data to support business strategies;
Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to support company-wide decision-making.

**Qualifications:

**3+ years of experience in business intelligence and data analysis;
Advanced proficiency in Excel, including the ability to structure complex formulas and functions such as pivot tables, VLOOKUP, SUMIF/COUNTIF/AVERAGEIF, IF, INDEX/MATCH, and macros;
Strong understanding of SQL and databases;
Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills;
Fluent Russian and English is a must;
Experience in a multi-company or multi-divisional organization is a plus.
