Position: Assistant with Scrum Master skills
__We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Scrum Master to join our team and lead the successful delivery of complex projects. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Scrum framework, as well as a solid background in software development and project management.
__**Key Responsibilities:

Ensure that all project objectives are met on-time and within budget.
Manage and monitor the project's budget and resources.
Monitor and report on project progress, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
__**Required Skills and Experience:
**__A deep understanding of the Scrum framework, including roles, ceremonies, and artefacts defined by Scrum.
Strong leadership skills, including ability to facilitate and motivate a team.
Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills.
A solid understanding of software development and project management concepts.
Experience working in a Scrum environment, leading a Scrum team, and delivering complex projects.
Fluent in Russian and English.
Experience with agile methodologies and Scrum tools like Trello, Jira, etc.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to different situations and team dynamics.
Experience in advertising is a plus.
