⚡Responsibilities
Effectively lead the IT department and assign tasks to achieve results
Manage and support the delivery of 2 different projects
Drive innovation by recommending viable technologies
Outline goals for research and development
Create timelines for the development and deployment of all technological services

⚡Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience working as a Head of IT, CIO, CTO or similar role
Experience working within the fintech industry will be considered as a plus;
Experience in Project Management;
Russian language is a must, English language at least to intermediate level;
Experience in launching products – including websites and mobile apps;
Experience in creating and structuring a team of IT specialists;
Ability to determine type of persons needed to be hired to be able to meet all deadlines;
Experience and understanding of fintech/ fx industry will be a plus
