**Main functions:
**▪️Participation in recruiting and staffing process
▪️Relocation support for new employees
▪️Employee onboarding and adaptation process for new employees
▪️HR administration of documents in BambooHR program
▪️Employee services and counselling
▪️Company employee and community communication
▪️Participation in policies and HR processes development

**Requirements and skills:
**▪️BS in Human Resources or relevant field
▪️Minimum experience 3 years in Human Resources administration
▪️Russian/native, English/fluent, Greek/as advantage
▪️Experience with HR software, like BambooHR
▪️Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects
▪️Strong phone, email and in-person communication skills
▪️Ability to maintain positive attitude in stress situations
