Every day our advertising network registers over 6 billion events using 300 servers located in 5 data centres in Europe and the United States. During peak hours the load reaches over 700 thousand requests per second. The ClickHouse cluster has a total size of 1.8 petabytes. At the same time the whole system works like a Swiss watch, made possible only thanks to a team of smart, talented and proactive people. We are looking for real professionals ready to implement new and ambitious plans with us, which will allow us to keep providing the best service for our clients. The vacancy implies a relocation in Limassol, Cyprus and full official employment (whole family relocation is available). Southern Europe (sun, sea, fruits), ecology, safety and a huge Russian-speaking IT community.

**Your responsibilities:
** • Client success & database management, identification of opportunities to improve the customer experience
• Building & supervising customer support service
• Building partnerships, preparation of strategies
• Identifying new monetization opportunities to sell across all of the customer segments
• Management of flat deals (traffic share deals) of all levels (e.g. $1,000,000 monthly budget deals)
• Achieve or overachieve financial and retention targets Management of the Advertising Department (Sales Team) of 10 managers based all over the world. Improve the team’s success through effective leadership & mentorship
• Management of team of the advertiser account managers all over the world
• Participating in the hiring, evaluation, and promotion of employees within the department
• Creating & performing KPI metrics
• Communication with the other departments Creating, prioritizing, & participating in the development of tech tasks/features/product plan
• Providing expert advice for new or existing products or services Monitoring of the statistics, identifying areas of improvement; investigating fluctuations
• Business development
• Representation of the company at international trade shows, conferences, meet-ups around the world

**Our expectations:
** • Excellent English and Russian languages in both written and verbal communication;
• Experience in working with clients / Account management / Sales;
• Experience on a similar position in an Ad Network will be your advantage;
• Passion about Digital Marketing and understanding of the basics of Media Buying (ad formats, pricing models, targeting, etc.);
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Proactive and enthusiastic attitude;
• The ability to work autonomously and within a team;
• Excellent interpersonal skills;
• 3 years experience in the industry.
