ToYou is looking for Senior Python Technical Lead. You will be working with the dedicated team on our BSS systems such as CRM, Helpdesk, and many more to support and optimize enterprise activities of the Operational, Sales and R&D departments.

 Responsibilities:
• Lead and mentor a team of software engineers 
• Review and understand business requirements ensuring that development tasks are completed within the timeline provided and according to architectural agreements
• Keep focus on quality by enforcing the code reviews & development best practices/processes
• Responsible for the end-to-end technical scope of the tasks
• Estimate development efforts, identify risks & provide technical support whenever needed
• Assist with development troubleshooting and debugging
• Taking part in hiring and training new employees, reviewing development team
• Demonstrate the ability to multitask & re-prioritize responsibilities based on dynamic requirements
Requirements:
• Work of experience of 3+ years in a similar role 
• Team leading experience with a minimum of 3 members
• Knowledge and work experience with:
Core:
• Core Python
• GIT
• REST API
• Raw SQL
• Odoo
• Fluency in English and Russian
• Strong leadership and organizational abilities.
• Excellent communication, motivational, and interpersonal skills.
Will be an advantage:
• SQL
• Kafka
• RabbitMQ (or another message broker)
• JavaScript
• Celery
• Redis
• Pandas
• High load services
