Mobility manager

We are looking for a Mobility Manager who will be responsible for the relocation program, visa processing, interaction with insurance companies and work with the benefit system.

Vacancy is open in a new technological start-up in the field of ai-technologies and virtual assistants.

We are looking for a candidate who is already in Cyprus (or on the way to relocate soon) and ready to work from office in Limassol.

Responsibilities:
- Provide full support of our employees during and after the relocation process;
- Prepare the relocation documents in accordance with the country rules;
- Interact with our service providers and ensure communication between them and employees;
- Provide full employee support during and after the relocation;
- Interact with the local Authorities issuing visas and work permits, hands on control of the visa process for each relocated employee;
- Carry out reports on expenses, data and budget;
- Draft and create guides and manuals on international immigration processes.

Requirements:
- 3+ years of work experience in the field of immigration, relocation, global mobility or as an administrator of the HR department responsible for relocation/business trips;
- Experience in consulting or providing professional services;
- High self-organization and time management skills;
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail;
- Customer-oriented approach;
- Fluency in English;
- Fluency in Russian as an additional benefit.
