We are looking for a Business Development Manager be based at our office in Limassol, Cyprus.
📌Job Responsibilities:
Identify new business opportunities and initiate business development activities
Build and maintain customer relationships to understand their needs and business priorities
Maintain a strong development pipeline according to targets/strategy to be implemented
Set marketing and sales goals to achieve revenue growth
Find the most efficient local marketing channels to promote the company and its products
Stay current with trends in affiliate marketing and identify new opportunities
Perform new customer acquisition through research, referrals, communities, networking, email campaigns, blogs, data feeds, Google, Facebook, TikTok, etc.
Coordinate with various teams to address affiliate needs accurately and promptly
Manage business negotiations with customers
📌Qualifications and Requirements:
Demonstrated ability to negotiate high-value deals with a C-level audience and positively influence the outcome
Professional and technical knowledge, as well as an understanding of industry trends and the key players in the competitive landscape
Previous experience in Business Development or Sales
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Russian and English
Excellent networking skills.
