🟢Performance Marketing Lead | LiveXP

As the Performance Marketing Lead, you will be responsible for our paid channel-mix in all countries of presence.

👩‍💻Responsibilities:
Develop and implement full-funnel performance marketing strategy (web + app)
Drive conversions rapidly at optimal costs per acquisition
Manage and grow a performance marketing team
Create and optimise Google Ads, Facebook Ads campaigns for positive ROAS
Test and scale new paid channels like TikTok, LinkedIn Ads, Quora Ads, Reddit Ads
Experiment continuously with different landing pages, creatives, strategies
Develop analytical tools for better marketing campaigns measurement, including post-view analytics
Maintain reports, budgets

✔️Job Requirements:
Exceptional Google Ads, Facebook Ads skills, other paid channels would be a plus
Experience within Tier 1 markets, in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Background in Marketing Analytics, A/B Testing, and metrics-driven marketing
Advanced experience with analytical tools such as Excel and SQL
Developed communication skills
Strong proven track record for managing hundreds of thousands in ad spend
Self-driven
