We are the company QUADCODE, and we develop a SaaS trading platform for clients all over the world.

Now we are looking for a SYSTEM ENGINEER for SERVICEDESK TEAM.
The team monitors the health of the platform and environments, responds to appeals from company staff (including customer service), responds to alerts from the monitoring system and maintains the team's internal services.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

**Responsibility for the quality of duty in their shift, following the team's internal processes;
Finding and solving problems and incidents in the environments.

**KEY REQUIREMENTS:

Linux terminal skills** (Linux servers and containers without GUI);
basic bash scripting (to quickly perform the required actions in the terminal);
optionally, scripting programming language (python is preferred). Needed to automate and tweak existing services;
basic networking knowledge (what is DNS, NAT, how network routing works, understanding of TCP/IP protocols. To help customer support and provide basic network diagnostics;
basic knowledge of SQL (SELECT, UPDATE operations). To understand what colleagues are doing and be in the context + the team have their own databases on PostgreSQL;
English B1+.

Now we are a looking for a Marketing creative producer for the Video Production team.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
**- development of creatives for performance marketing (for three products of the company);
- working closely with the marketing department and designers;
- development of creative strategies for different traffic sources; Instagram, Facebook, Google, In-app grids;
- managing the business process of creative production;
- tracking the effectiveness of creatives by key metrics;
- analysis of traffic purchase metrics;
- competitor and market analysis;
- tracking trends and promising creative concepts;
- keeping a catalog with creative concepts.

**KEY REQUIREMENTS:
**- experience with Performance Marketing (must have);
- experience interacting with the design team;
- experience in analyzing traffic purchase metrics;
- understanding the specifics of marketing requests from different geo and advertising platforms;
- ability to generate ideas based on business requests;
- ability to systematize ideas and creatives;
- sociability (ability to find an approach to everyone);
- understanding the process of working with graphics will be a plus;
- English level at least B1+.
