In HQ SaaS company with offices in Europe, Latin America and Russia we are looking for a HR Director.
The HR Director has a remit for all HR activities in respect of HR strategy and practice, resourcing, recruitment & planning, talent management & succession planning, remuneration & benefits, performance management and HR management information systems.
Responsibilities:
• Design, implement and regularly review HR standards ensuring that they are fully embedded into the organization and supportive of business needs.
• Develop HR policy, systems and processes to provide best practice HR solutions which are fit-for- purpose and fully aligned to the needs of business.
• Implement and drive a performance culture and ensuring the Performance Management system by aligning individual and organizational performance.
• Lead the design, development and implementation of creative, attractive and cost effective remuneration and benefit solutions delivering a reward strategy which is fully supportive of existing business drivers and aligned to future growth.
• Responsible for managing the training and career development and ensure the effective management and implementation of established policies and procedures directed towards organizational development.
• In alignment with HQ guidelines, creates learning and development training programs and initiatives that provide internal development opportunities for employees.
• Maintains knowledge and International sharing of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.
Competencies & skills:
• Higher education;
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in management positions
• Direct experience with designing and establishing new internal systems and processes, policies and procedures in line with requirements company's business
• Direct experience in change management projects and initiatives, strategic transformation projects
• Experience in preparing and implementing employee assessment programs within competencies framework in IT company
• Excellent leadership skills and high level of cultural awareness
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Mandatory С1 level of English with the ability to effectively communicate at multiple levels within the company

We are looking for a Chief Marketing Officer, you will have an opportunity to drive marketing strategy in both partners’ and business segments. You will lead a marketing team towards increasing revenue and growing brand presence in international markets.
This is a role of a business leader in charge of the whole life cycle of the brand and its financial results.
