In HQ SaaS company with offices in Europe, Latin America and Russia we are looking for a Marketing Director. Company operates in the field of marketing and provides a set of tools for systematic work on clients retention, boosting LTV and repeat purchases.
We are looking for a Chief Marketing Officer, you will have an opportunity to drive marketing strategy in both partners’ and business segments. You will lead a marketing team towards increasing revenue and growing brand presence in international markets.
This is a role of a business leader in charge of the whole life cycle of the brand and its financial results. This is a unique opportunity to demonstrate your organizing, analytical, and leadership skills as well as see the results of your work - build and communicate a comprehensive and strategic growth sales and marketing plan to help the business achieve its revenue goals
Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy (research of new countries, identification of effective communication channels, strategic direction, KPI, resources, potential risks, timing).
• Run the global marketing operations, collaborate with General Director, CFO & Director of Operation to consistently achieve all marketing goals, and execute on time, implement, and monitor campaign results, and analyze and optimize key metrics (KPIs and ROI).
• Run the global marketing operations, collaborate with a variety of internal stakeholders across sales and marketing, finance, production and client experience to consistently achieve all marketing goals, and execute on time, implement, and monitor campaign results, and analyze and optimize key metrics.
• Plan and organize marketing functions and ensure they project the company's brand, oversee general market research, establish a network of strategic partnerships.
• Coordinate marketing efforts to ensure the brand is optimally aligned with the company's financial and branding objectives, define KPIs, including measurement, analytics, and reporting methods to gauge success, and build marketing plans and budgets for the smooth operation of marketing projects.
• Drive business growth on the global stage overseeing brand, lead the teams responsible for brand identity and reputation
• To be able to work within a distributed team as an individual contributor in a fast-paced, changing environment.
Competencies & skills:
• To have 5+ years of SaaS Product (digital) marketing experience;
• You should have an experience in creating product marketing and promoting products internationally;
•You should have a global view picture and strategic mindset;
• Effective time management skills and the ability to multitask;
• Ready to work in conditions of great and fast paced startup with but with frequently changing inputs;
• Able to work individually and as part of a globally distributed team;
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to establish strong relationships at all levels and across functions;
• Result-oriented;
• Mandatory С1 level of English with the ability to effectively communicate at multiple levels within the company
