We are the company QUADCODE, and we develop a SaaS trading platform for clients all over the world.

Now we are looking for a SYSTEM ENGINEER for SERVICEDESK TEAM.
The team monitors the health of the platform and environments, responds to appeals from company staff (including customer service), responds to alerts from the monitoring system and maintains the team's internal services.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

**Responsibility for the quality of duty in their shift, following the team's internal processes;
Finding and solving problems and incidents in the environments.

**KEY REQUIREMENTS:

**Hard Skills
Linux terminal skills (Linux servers and containers without GUI);
basic bash scripting (to quickly perform the required actions in the terminal);
optionally, scripting programming language (python is preferred). Needed to automate and tweak existing services;
basic networking knowledge (what is DNS, NAT, how network routing works, understanding of TCP/IP protocols. To help customer support and provide basic network diagnostics;
basic knowledge of SQL (SELECT, UPDATE operations). To understand what colleagues are doing and be in the context + the team have their own databases on PostgreSQL;
English B1 and higher.

Soft Skills
multitasking. Many different calls on different channels at the same time;
politeness in communication. To communicate with colleagues within a work ethic;
competent written speech.
