Senior Business Analyst/PM

Location: Cyprus

Full time

Salary: 6000-8000 euro net

At the moment I am looking for a Senior Business Analyst/PM for the Operational Management domain, for a large international fintech product company, Located in Cyprus, Limassol.

Domain responsibility: You will identify strategic metrics for the business on a corporate strategy level (some metrics could be EBITDA, Balanced Scorecards. Net Promotion Score, Customer satisfaction rate, KPIs etc.) You will work with all departments of the company, take part in long-term strategy, and cascade targets to each department.

Requirements:

- 3-5 + years of experience as a Business Analyst or PM
- Strong business requirements building and management skills.
- Data-driven approach, some knowledge of BI tools or concept
- Broad experience with Operational Management/ Strategy domain
- At least upper-intermediate English knowledge or higher

The salary range is 5000-6000 euro net (negotiable) + bonuses
