**Engineering Core Team Leader/Manager

Location:** Cyprus

Salary: 6000-8000 euro net

We are looking for Team Leader** for a production team in the international fintech company in Limassol, Cyprus. (Relocation or Remote, but not from Russia/Belarus)

Engineering Core Team is a platform team type.You would develop unified platforms which are used in product development teams. Leading a highly qualified team, you would develop loaded geo-distributed solutions. Together with architects, you would identify systems which can be platformised and reused by several different teams. The platforms must be reliable and satisfy strict SLAs.

**Requirements:

**- Experience in software development 5+ years as software development engineer, system analyst or quality assurance engineer
- Good knowledge of different development process methodologies/frameworks (i.e. waterfall, agile). Knowledge of canonic scrum is an advantage.
- Experience in building fault-tolerant software systems
- English level - B2 or higher
- Experience in people management 2+ years
- Proven track record in building efficient teams (including hiring, performance management and development)
