Responsibilities:

• Oversee and support all administrative duties in the office and ensure that office is operating smoothly.
• Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
• Perform receptionist duties: greet visitors, and answer and direct phone calls.
• Ensure that office policy and procedure are implemented appropriately.
• Assist with office layout planning and office moves, and with managing and maintaining IT infrastructure.
• Managing office budgets and achieving financial objectives by preparing annual budgets, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions;
• Identify opportunities for process and office management improvements, and design and implement new systems.
• Run errands using own transport.
• Communicate with the landlord and different service providers, including negotiating terms, managing contracts, and organizing invoices.
• Support employee onboarding and offboarding.
• Dealing with correspondence, complaints, and queries
• Assisting HR team in HR processes
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with Esports Partners’ Executive Producers as you build and supervise the project pipeline, including milestones and deliverables
• Support and manage partners in event delivery, ensuring that high-quality and player resonant experiences are created
• Coordinate between partners and Quantum Gaming stakeholders (esports, marketing, game teams) in the delivery of the event
• Communicate clearly with project owners and other Riot groups to ensure teams meet deadlines
• Liaise with the Esports team to determine appropriate scheduling
• Ensure best practices in project delivery are maintained
