💼 Office manager/HR Admin in Limassol, Full Time
We are looking for
A highly communicative person, who will create and maintain a pleasant work environment, ensuring high levels of organizational effectiveness, responsibility, and safety. Responsibilities:
• Oversee and support all administrative duties in the office and ensure that office is operating smoothly.
• Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
• Perform receptionist duties: greet visitors, and answer and direct phone calls.
• Ensure that office policy and procedure are implemented appropriately.
• Assist with office layout planning and office moves, and with managing and maintaining IT infrastructure.
• Run errands using own transport.
• Communicate with the landlord and different service providers, including negotiating terms, managing contracts, and organizing invoices.
• Support employee onboarding and offboarding.
• Dealing with correspondence, complaints, and queries
• Assisting the HR team in HR processes
• Fluency in English
• Proven experience as an Office Manager or Administrative;
• Proficiency in MS Office and office equipment; • Excellent time management skills, ability to multitask and prioritize work;
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills;
• Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment;
• Sense of humor and stress resistance.
