Requirements:
▪️4+ years of full-cycle recruiting (Tech/Non-tech)
▪️Deep understanding of local market
▪️Advanced user of recruiting technologies (Google X-Ray search, LinkedIn, etc)
▪️Strong presentation and communication skills
▪️Languages: English C1, fluent Russian/Ukrainian

Responsibilities:
▪️Manage full cycle hiring process (6-8 vacancies/month)
▪️Create a competitive pipeline of highly qualified professionals
▪️Source passive and active candidates via various sources
▪️Take part in other projects to hire more and better candidates
