Position: Customer Support Specialist (German, Spanish, Turkish or Portuguese)
Company: DUXGroup
Location: Sofia, Bolgaria/ Remote
Format: 2/2 or 5/2


**Your future tasks:
**-Process chats, tickets, Jira requests and provide amazing customer service to players
-Find a common language with any client (and not only in the literal sense)
-Correctly escalate issues to Slack/Jira
-Write Follow-ups on all changes and updates in Slack
-Follow updates in Confluence in order to get acquainted with procedures changes
-Deliver amazing customer service providing friendly support and helpful solutions

**What we're looking for in our future super agent:
**-Working knowledge of German or Portugese language (B2 +)
-Good knowledge of English language (B2 +)
-Aspiration to help and problem-solving attitude
-Engagement in work process and proactivity
-Prior experience working within the iGaming sector is a plus
