We are looking for Customer (Merchant) Integration manager for the company Advanced Payment Solutions that is a part of our group .
APS is a technology company that builds financial infrastructure and provides turnkey payment solutions in more than 50 countries based on its own developed integrated platform for all business payment types

Job Description

As a Merchant Integration Engineer, you will be responsible for helping our clients and prospects integrate our Payments API into their platform, and for supporting the productivity and profitability goals of the integration team.

This individual will collaborate with merchants (customers), product, engineering, and sales teams to ensure our solutions are being integrated in the smoothest way possible, with a strong focus on conversion rates and ideal integration flows.


Responsibilities
Manage the customers' integrations with our payment API, focusing on conversion rate and speed of integration.
Serve as the lead point of contact for all Technical or Product matters.
Provide daily fast support to clients on technical issues and appeals, skillfully using the company's resources, or issue escalations as needed.
Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
Be able to speak with technical specialists in the same language.
Explore in depth the product solutions and payment methods provided by our company.

Requirements
Experience in Project/Product management, customer payment services, banking, or similar industries.
Good knowledge of the payment industry, acquiring, various types of payment systems, and integrated solutions.
Demonstrable ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level․
Solid technical background, with understanding and hands-on experience in payment systems and payment methods. HTTP, API, host2host, web, etc.
Proven ability to juggle multiple management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail․
Troubleshooting abilities.
English advanced level or higher.
