We are looking for a #businesssystemsanalyst💪 to join our cross-functional development team. You will participate in the development of the new payment infrastructure, integrate new and support existing payment solutions for various countries.

Responsibilities:
Close work with various stakeholders to collect system requirements, analysis, validation, management, and prioritization.
Working with the Development team, operations team, and the Business to ensure all documents are fully understood to be converted into the desired code/systems/technology.
Produce and maintain software documentation including business processes, requirement specifications, and documentation.
Control the delivery and the quality of the created functionality till the moment it is on production. Conduct user acceptance testing.
Analysis of risks and causes of errors in the development of systems.
Ability to measure and analyze basic business, product, and technical metrics;
Build basic dashboards, data analyses;
Work with the stakeholders to build efficient reports;

Professional skills required:
3 years of IT experience as a Business/System analyst (Banking or FinTech industry is preferred);
Experience in design and development of software documentation (API specifications);
Fundamentals of the theory of algorithms, database theory, systems theory and system analysis, the basics of information security;
Understanding of basic concepts of UI/UX;
Experience in iterative development mode, understanding scrum framework;
Basic SQL knowledge;
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;
Excellent communication skills;
English language skills at upper-intermediate level or above;
Experience in the financial industry, payment institutions is an advantage.
