#vacancy My client is a software platform that enables call center managers to build, implement and manage call center environments without having to deploy any of their own infrastructure.
Currently looking for a Recruitment Partner
The Recruiter has the following duties and responsibilities:
- Manage the full cycle of the talent acquisition process, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
- Recruiting for the following Departments: Technical Support, Marketing, Administration & other
- Collaborating with hiring managers to determine key requirements for each role.
- Building and maintaining a talent pool using tactical research methods, search methods.
- Conducting application screening, initial phone calls and in-person interviews with candidates.
- Developing strong relationships with candidates and helping them integrate into the team and company culture.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration or related field.
- Recruiting experience of 3 years or more, including full time search and recruitment, 1+ year in international recruiting is an advantage
- Demonstrated ability to recruit for all levels within an organization, including management positions, ideally in the telecommunications sector. Previous experience recruiting for a SaaS organization is a significant advantage
- Exceptional knowledge of recruiting methods and platforms, hands-on experience with various recruiting tools
