💥 Russian Speaking Business Development Manager 💥(Limassol, Cyprus)

📍Duties and responsibilities:
Creation of Partner/ Affiliate Network;
Contacting new Affiliates to introduce the Company and its services and ascertain the needs and individual circumstances of each new Affiliate;
Coordination of work of Affiliate Managers in the following regions – South Africa, Vietnam, Malaysia
Monitor landing pages, referral links and performance by developing statistical reports as requested by management

📍Requirements:
Mandatory experience in FX industry
Experience in project management, from conception to delivery
Excellent knowledge of both Russian and English languages
Proactive attitude

**📍Duties and responsibilities:
**
Interaction with copywriters and creation of technical tasks for writing of articles
Overlooking performance and review of work of copywriters
Search for publishers and verification of publication by a given geography and parameters
Provide publishers continual performance feedback and assist with campaign optimization
Active search and acquiring of new affiliate partners in newly established markets
Manage and increase recruiting of new affiliates
Collaborate with the internal teams to continuously improve landing pages and overall marketing and merchandising campaigns through the partnership network

**📍Requirements:
**
Mandatory experience as Affiliate Manager in FX industry
Candidate must be based in Cyprus
Advanced level of English, additional languages considered as advantage

**Define new products’ strategy and roadmap
Manage the entire product lifecycle from strategic planning through to product launch
Collaborating with UX/UI Designers on Wireframing and Visual Design journeys
Meet budget objectives, making adjustments as needed
Run beta and pilot programs for early-stage products and samples


**⚡Requirements:
**Mandatory experience in FX industry
Market orientation: deep understanding of FX workflows, market trends, affiliate ecosystems, and competitors strategies.
