We are currently assisting our client, an international FinTech player (800+ employees, over 5 years on the market, 80+M of clients worldwide), in the search for a **Global Human Resources Director.

**This is a new role for business, which has arisen in connection with its active growth and the transformation of the HR function.

**About The Role
**The HR Director will be responsible for developing and executing human resource strategy in support of the overall business plan and strategic direction of the organisation, as well as providing strategic leadership by articulating HR needs and plans to the executive management team, shareholders and the board of directors.

**Location: Cyprus (they provide relocation support)
**Working format: office/hybrid

**Requirements
**-3-5 years of experience as an HRD in the hight-tech market
International expertise in a strategic role
-Professional certification (like CIPD, PHR, SPHR, SHRM-SCP or SHRM-CP) will be a plus
-Full professional proficiency in English
-Experience in improving the HR function and rebuilding or optimizing an existing model.
