Hi there!

We are the Escalate team, and we support a rapidly growing international IT player to become the next big thing in FinTech. To make it work they need to transform the existing HR function, that is why they invite an experienced HR Director to join their team and contribute to the strategy by bringing the voice of talents to the Board of Directors.

The company has 800+ people in the headcount, X2 YOY revenue growth, diverse organizational structure.

They have always been very talent-centric, so to provide that there are about 55 people in the HR team at the moment. The challenges of 2022 put the team in front of the need to solve non-trivial tasks – for example, arranging smooth hiring of X developers in a new region in a very short time.

The expert we are looking for will lead the HR function worldwide through global HR and business strategy changes and become a participant in the company's cultural code transformation.

If you are an experienced HR Director with global expertise, who understands the local characteristics of different countries, who is looking for new challenges and who is passionate about working in a tech field, this position is for you!

What will make you the best match:

Solid experience as the 1st or the 2nd player in HR function in middle/large companies or large parts of the business (HC 800+), to contribute to the business results by implementing the HR strategy.
Knowledge and understanding of all HR functions in the company and a strong background in C&B and T&D areas will be an advantage.
Experience in managing teams of 60+ employees in direct responsibility.
Experience in communication with the stakeholders and bringing value with human resource expertise on the boards of directors.

**About The Role
