Job responsibilities:
• International recruiting using professional chats, networking, etc.
• Onboarding of new employees.
• Working closely with the team leaders to understand their strategic objectives and hiring needs, defining sourcing strategies.
• Maintaining the recruitment database updated.
• Supporting the relocation process for employees hired abroad.
• Maintaining a positive working environment.
Job requirements:
• 2+ years of working experience as a Recruiter/HR.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Russian.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a dynamic and multicultural environment.
