Now we are looking for an Employer Brand Manager to promote the employer's brand in Cyprus.

**🪄 Key responsibilities:

**• analysis of the employer's branding strategy and adaptation for Cyprus;
• positioning of the company on recruiting platforms;
• organizing conference sponsorship in Cyprus from script to budget;
• organizing own meetups in Cyprus;
• organization of online events;
• organization of the company's representation at external conferences and meetups;
• order, check samples and delivery of souvenirs;
• collecting analytics on events;
• suggesting ideas for improvement.


🪄 **Key requirements:

**• experience in organizing professional or entertaining events for IT professionals;
• experience working in HR brand or in PR / organization of events of at least 2 years;
• readiness to organize events without the involvement of agencies;
• English at least B2; you will need to communicate regularly with native speakers.
