We are Quadcode, a company that develops software for the trading and investment industry.

We are looking for a new bright colleague to join us as a Lead of Corporate Culture.

**🪄 Key responsibilities:

**⁃ Development of corporate culture in the Holding (Cyprus, Dubai, Malaysia, Russia).
⁃ Organization of corporate events (from local events to the New Year).
⁃ Managing projects from development to ongoing support (for example, team building, internal “shop”, congratulations on anniversaries, sports development, welcome pack, etc.)
⁃ Development of a strategy, the concept of projects for non-material motivation.
⁃ Budgeting by direction.
⁃ Collaboration with internal and external communications for the development of the HR brand.
⁃ Team management.

🪄 **Key requirements:

**⁃ Experience in similar work in Cyprus companies with a highly developed corporate culture, knowledge of local event market.
⁃ Experience in organizing external and internal events (500+ participants).
⁃ Experience in a leadership position.
