😎Role: Technical Supervision Engineer**
🌅Location: Paphos, Cyprus
Employer: International flexible office space network "Multispace" (details on interview)🖥
💶Compensation: Individual plan up to 1300 Euro (details on interview)
💰Extra bonuses: a company car and 200 euros per month for petrol


❗️Key responsibilities:
• Assist in implementation of internal construction control over the performance of construction and installation works in the general construction direction (inspection of hidden works, photo recording, preparation of reports, issuance of prescriptions);
• Motivation, control over the execution by the company's employees and contractors of technical supervision regulations and regulations on the maintenance of the company's construction sites;
• Assist in optimization of construction processes, control of deadlines for key events in the schedule of work at the company's facilities;
• Support of the design process. Control of compliance of the issued project documentation with the approved concept;
• Assist in controlling of construction and installation works and compliance of the work performed with the approved documentation;
• Control of the terms of work performed;
• Quality control of work, materials and equipment used;
• Acceptance of the scope and quality of work;
• To be involved in creating of quality standards, implementation of a quality improvement system at the company's facilities.


‼️ Key requirements:
• PC confident user (MS Office, AutoCAD);
• Work experience as a Junior technical supervision engineer or similar.
