The main company’s directions: Money transfers, Neobanking, Cryptocurrencies, Blockchain (we are both a client and a developer) and Trading.


We are looking for an account manager for the company Advanced Payment Solutions that is a part of our group .
APS is a technology company that builds financial infrastructure and provides turnkey payment solutions in more than 50 countries based on its own developed integrated platform for all business payment types


Account Manager

The key goal for the Account Manager role is to maintain and lead a customer first approach in all aspects of the role to ensure customer excellence.

Key business processes

Supervising client onboarding process. Cross-department interactions with Sales, Legal, Compliance and Developers. Monitoring client payments target success rates and planned volumes. Working closely with the Operations Team on client funds regular settlements. Supervise technical support requests. Work with the Business Development Department. Be in line with the current payment channels, rates and services. Provide up to date information to the Sales Managers and Clients.

Account Manager functions

Managing client onboarding process;
Be responsible for the reporting on the clients payment volumes, successful payments ratio, incident management;
Provide Clients with the updates on the services provided by the company (changes in the existing payment channels or rates, new payment channels and services);
Process requests between the payments department and the Clients (client funds management);
Provide training and guides to the clients (product training, updates in the company services and tools);
Provide Clients with the regular reporting;
Ensuring excellent customer experience in all processes from sales to operations.

Account Manager required experience and background
Actual experience in the similar role or sales manager role with the track record for at least one year in Payment Service Provider or IT Company with the FinTech specialization;
Understanding of the financial markets;
Experience in project sales;
Microsoft office advanced user;
CRM, Helpdesk and Project management systems advanced user;
Knowledge of Asana, Freshdesk, Jira will be an advantage;
Bachelor degree in Finance or Technical science will be an advantage;
English language proficient level (C1).

Self-starter
