About us
A Fintech group of companies who launch a new stage of development with strong long-term prospects, stable financing, and a wide product portfolio which forms the management team of the new company, with offices in Paris (France), Yerevan (Armenia), and Limassol (Cyprus).
Today we are a distributed team of 70+ people. To ensure the integrity of financial data, we use the Stellar blockchain.
The main company’s directions: Money transfers, Neobanking, Cryptocurrencies, Blockchain (we are both a client and a developer) and Trading.
We are looking to hire Marketing Executive who will to join our growing company. You will develop brand and marketing strategies, delegate tasks to the marketing team, set and achieve targets, and establish relationships with a variety of professionals.
To be successful you should have worked before in the forex/trading/gaming/betting industry , be a keen multitasker who thrives in a competitive environment. Outstanding candidates have extensive marketing experience and are able to make decisions under pressure.
Main responsibilities:
Liaise with other departments such as Product Owners, Project Managers and Business Development teams to define and gather project requirements
Delegate and coordinate the marketing team’s tasks, to meet delivery and quality objectives
Develop Affiliate Program including strategy and approach, delivery, and performance measures of the program.
Create a marketing strategy using local resources of influencers (regions Asia, LATAM, Africa) as well as local partners and IBs.
Build, train and manage media buying and marketing team
Lead the execution of marketing projects from start to finish
Monitor and evaluate progress and deliverables based on the agreed marketing strategy and set KPIs
Prepare roadmaps, presentation decks and creative briefs
Carry out market research and competition analysis during a new region penetration stage (product launches etc), in respect to the country’s culture, customs and consumer appetite
Stay up-to-date with marketing trends and best digital practices, exploring new and innovative idea
Requirements
At least 3 years of experience in a position with similar responsibilities
Proved record of work with binary options, forex, betting and gaming products
Experience within the financial services industry will be considered a strong advantage
Knowledge of analytics & metrics (lead nurturing, marketing automation, audience segmentation and web analytics)
Practical experience and effectiveness in forming media buying team
Fluent English is a must, Russian is an advantage
Great communication skills
