__A Fintech group of companies who launch a new stage of development with strong long-term prospects, stable financing, and a wide product portfolio which forms the management team of the new company, with offices in Paris (France), Yerevan (Armenia), and Limassol (Cyprus).

Today we are a distributed team of 70+ people. To ensure the integrity of financial data, we use the Stellar blockchain.

The main company’s directions: Money transfers, Neobanking, Cryptocurrencies, Blockchain (we are both a client and a developer), Forex.

**__We are looking to hire PROJECT MANAGER.

__General Responsibilities:
**Ensure that projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
Coordinate effort from various dev teams and align them to achieve project goals.
Create and maintain a detailed project plan to track progress and control timelines.
Hold regular technical team meetings to determine progress and address any questions or challenges regarding projects.
Determine and define clear project scope and deliverables, control it during the whole project.
Assign roles and responsibilities for the project team composed of individuals with diverse backgrounds.
Use appropriate systems, tools and techniques to control project performance, manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs.
Gather requirements (functional and non-functional) for deliverable and control their achievement.
Manage cross-division and cross function interdependencies and securing required resources. Where necessary, facilitate prioritization regarding shared resources across various projects.
Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
Keep all involved parties informed in a timely, accurate and complete manner.
**Requirements:
**BSc/MSc Degree in Finance, Computer Science or in a related field;
At least 3 years of experience in project management, business development, payment systems;
Practical understanding of the IT platforms and web interfaces, recommend best practices, advantages, limitations, trends;
Ability to operate on global markets and learn local market trends and preferences;
Ability to operate and manage a multicultural and geographically distributed team;
Strong analytical skills, logical analysis and strategic planning;
Strong communication and presentation skills;
Result driven, with ability to overcome challenges, prioritize work effectively and act proactively in a rapidly changing environment;
Fluent written and spoken both English and Russian.
In-depth understanding of the Agile methodology.
Financial Markets and trading operations understanding as an advantage.
