Young and ambitious FinTech company is expanding with the hire of a Product Owner to drive the strategy, development, and delivery of their own FX product.
The role as a Product Owner require a lot of responsibilities, you own the product, you run and prioritize new functionality and decide in cooperation with other stakeholders what will be included in new releases
You will work closely with the software developing team , legal, KYC, marketing, Operations, business development and Sales teams. YOu will need to know how every of each departments work and what needs to be done to take the product to be successful. Requirements and requests are continuously obtained from our customers for further handling in our roadmap / backlog
Responsibilities
Maintenance and improvement of the product to optimize digital acquisition funnel
Client acquisition chanel over partnership network (CPA and revenue share)
Client retention (support team training and client problems analysis)
Generation and prioritization of the backlog; work closely with engineers to deliver new features and functionality
Order and follow up delivery from the Development team.
Identify risks, opportunities and be responsible to drive activities to always improve the product
Build and develop the team
Your background:
First of all, we think that you’re a social, open minded person who loves to take responsibility. We believe you have at least 5 year experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role in a tech-focused firm. You should have an ability to work closely with engineers to deliver new features and ideally have the knowledge of FX, FinTech or Payments
You are driven and want to get things done. The ability to be both outgoing and analytical at the same time as you structure your work is second nature to you.
Furthermore you have/are:
· Good technical understanding
· First-class organizational and planning skills.
· Enthusiastic, driven and loves to connect & collaborate.
· Positive hands-on and proactive attitude.
· Excellent communication skills in English.
