Responsibilities:
• Grow our existing client base as part of our growth strategy.
• Conduct market research to identify new ways to communicate our services to potential clients and manage onboarding and objective-setting.
• Build and promote strong, long-lasting client relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
• Present sales proposals and close deals.
• Participate in conferences, exhibitions and other events
• Lead the merchants from 1st contact till the contact closure and act as the first point of contact for customers
Requirements:
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills (English, any other language is a huge advantage)
• Understanding of client journey and lead flow process in B2B
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Proven sales performance record (3+ years)
• Proven FinTech experience (2+ years)
• Understanding of Online Payments, Online Gambling
• Understanding of SaaS
• Permission to work in EU/Cyprus
