Hiring: **HR Manager
Amega forex broker is looking for a #HR** Manager with at least 1 year experience of Forex/Finance industry.
Responsibilities:
✔️Management of human resources operations by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, coaching, counseling, and disciplining staff
✔️Development of organizational policies and strategies by identifying and researching human resources issues; contributing information, analysis, and recommendations to organization
Strategic thinking and direction of the HR requirements; establishing human resources objectives in line with organizational targets and objectives.
✔️Implementing human resources strategies by establishing department accountabilities, including talent acquisition, staffing, employment processing, health and welfare benefits, training and development, records management, safety and health, succession planning, employee relations and retention
✔️Development of human resources operations financial strategies by estimating, forecasting, and anticipating requirements, trends, and variances; aligning monetary resources; developing action plans; measuring and analyzing results; initiating corrective actions; minimizing the impact of variances.
✔️Maintaining compensation; determining production, productivity, quality; accumulating resources; resolving problems; implementing change.
✔️Guideing management and employee actions by researching, developing, writing, and updating policies, procedures, methods, and guidelines; communicating and enforcing organization values.
✔️Compliance with federal, state, and local legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation; anticipating legislation; enforcing adherence to requirements; advising management on needed actions.
✔️Development of job knowledge by participating in conferences and educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
Requirements:
👉Bachelor's degree in human resources management or psychology.
👉Excellent communication skills.
👉Experience in HR management at a Forex/Finance company of a minimum of one year.
👉Highly organized.
👉Superior interpersonal skills.
👉Detail-oriented.
👉Good problem-solving skills.
👉Budget management experience.
👉Strong people skills.
👉Knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
👉Computer literacy.
English is a must, any additional language will be considered an advantage
