Responsibilities:
• Participation in search strategy development (as a part of the dedicated project team)
• Conducting desktop research using social media, articles, mass media, surveys, polls, etc.
• Structuring and analyzing data collected
• Creating long and shortlists of candidates
• Candidates' screening and assessment
• CRM (input data, analysis, queries, reports, etc.)
• Arranging meetings and interviews, providing support during the projects
• Candidates reference checking
• Market research and analysis, presentation of the results to Consultants and Partners
• Preparing reports, presentations for clients, etc.
• Providing support and assistance to Partners & Consultants
Requirements for the position:
• A bachelor's degree. A Master's degree is preferable
• Analytical mindset
• Being ready to deal with strict deadlines and stick to the commitments
• Sound understanding of research methodologies
• Proven experience in a research field
• Proven ability to work with data (collect, structure, analyze and present)
• Strong problem-solving skills
• An eye for details and exceptional written, verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Practical experience with CRM
• Fluent English
